Parking Restrictions?
Parking Restrictions & Use of Garages:

No automobile shall be parked or left on any street overnight or on any property shown on any plat other than on a driveway or within a garage.
(Available in your subdivision Covenants - accessible online or at the association office. Reference location varies per subdivision.)



 The definition of overnight is from 2 AM to 5 AM. If any vehicle is parked on the street during this time, it is considered in violation.

COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ARE NOT TO BE PARKED AT ANY RESIDENCE, INCLUDING ON THE STREET, FROM THE HOURS OF 10 PM TO 7 AM.
  Other Vehicles & Trailer Parking

No trailer, trailer house, recreational vehicle, mobile home, or habitable motor vehicle of any kind, boat or boat trailer, school bus, truck (other than "vans" or "pick-ups") or commercial vehicle shall be brought upon or habitually parked overnight, whether on any street or on any Lot.

***This shall not be construed to prohibit a mere temporary standing or parking of a trailer, boat, or trailer house, recreation vehicle, or mobile home for short periods preparatory to taking same to some other location for use or storage. No such vehicle shall be openly stored in any area other than that designated by the Association, if any, for the purpose of storage.




 Commercial Vehicle, as defined by Black's Law Dictionary: Those used primarily for business as contrasted with pleasure vehicles.

Visual indicators to aid in the determination of a commercial vehicle:

1. Promotional signage and/or graphics of a commercial nature.

2. Body configuration such as, but not limited to: tradesman cargo/work van, platform stake body, tilt-back or boom wrecker body, service utility body, dump body, boom lift body, walk in cargo box, chassis or slide in, refrigerated or non-refrigerated, etc.

3. After market add-on equipment such as, but not limited to: racks with materials or equipment, electro-hydraulic heavy lift tailgates, original pickup pan conversions to dump body kits, excessive (more than one) number of in pickup bed tool boxes, etc. 

4. Types of cargo habitually carried such as, but not limited to: carpeting, wire and wire reels, fencing, lawn care materials, tools and supplies, paints and scaffolding, air conditioners, parts, ducts, and insulation, building materials, propane, acetylene and other flammables, poisonous or other noxious or hazardous material, whether solid, liquid, gaseous, pressurized or non-pressurized, also the containers used for transporting them.

5. Any placated or non-placated vehicle of any size or configuration transporting any type of cargo that requires its operator to have a commercial driver's license.

6. Any vehicle greater than 10,000 pounds GVWR or longer than 20 feet in length.
