chevron_rightI just purchased a home in Crowfield, what do I do next? Welcome to Crowfield and congratulations! The next step is to get your account set up with CPCSA. When you close, your closing attorney will typically mail us your new membership information, which can sometimes take up to several weeks. When this information is received, we will be able to activate your account. If you are too excited to wait, please stop by our office with your settlement paperwork and/or deed, and then we will activate your account. Stop by the office regardless and get your free key fobs to gain access to all amenities! Click here for more information and a short welcome video!

chevron_rightWhen do I pay my annual dues? The annual assessments are due February 1st every year. You may pay on the online portal, or in the office with a check, Visa, or Mastercard.

chevron_rightHow do I get a key fob to use the amenities? If you are a homeowner in Crowfield, you may stop by our front office to fill out the Amenity Access Form and receive your two free key fobs. If you are a renter and you have an account set up with the HOA, you may fill out the Amenity Access Form and purchase one key fob for $25.00.

chevron_rightWhat is an ARB form? ARB stands for Architecture Review Board. ARB forms are required to be filled out when a homeowner makes any changes on the exterior part of their home and/or on their property. If you have any questions regarding ARB, please email compfour@crowfieldhoa.net with your questions. Compliance Specialist 4 is the ARB Administrator to the Architecture Review Board.

chevron_rightCan I fish in the ponds? Crowfield Plantation allows for fishing in only the Crowfield Lake. Residents of the Association are allowed to fish and are required to get a CPCSA fishing pass. If you would like to get a fishing pass, please stop by our office to fill out the paperwork to receive your fishing pass.

chevron_rightCan I park on the street? Yes, you are allowed to park on the street during the day. There is no overnight street parking allowed and is considered a violation if done. The definition of overnight is from 2:00 AM - 5:00 AM.

chevron_rightCan I drive my golf cart on the trails? Crowfield Plantation has an estimated 16 miles of hiker/biker trails. These trails are designated for only walkers, runners, or non-motorized bicycles. These trails are not suitable for golf carts and it is strictly prohibited to use any type of motorized vehicle on the Crowfield trails.

chevron_rightDoes each neighborhood have their own dues? No. Unlike other HOA's, all neighborhoods fall under the umbrella of CPCSA. There are 7 neighborhoods within Crowfield Plantation that fall under "Sub-Associations" where there are additional dues. These neighborhoods are Bridgetowne Place, C-15 Hamlets, Lakeview Terrace, Springhall Village, Stratford Gardens, The Townes, and Westview Retreat.

chevron_rightHow large is Crowfield Plantation? Crowfield Plantation is a large scale, fully developed community which includes 27 different neighborhoods with just under 4,000 homes.

chevron_rightWhat do I do if see an alligator? If you see an alligator, please leave it alone. They tend to mind their own business if they are not disrupted. It is against federal law to feed or harass alligators. Should one become a nuisance or cause problems, contact the office by calling 843-572-4758.
